Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of edgecased.vip (the “Site”), operated by edgecased(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Adults only (18+)

The Site contains sexually explicit, adult-oriented material and is intended solely for adults. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and that it is legal for you to access adult content where you live. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.

2. Nature of the content — AI-generated & fictional

All content on the Site is computer-generated (AI-generated) and depicts entirely fictional characters. No real, identifiable human beings are depicted in the explicit content, and no actual sexual conduct by any real person has occurred. All depicted fictional characters are portrayed as adults 20 years of age or older. The content is a work of fantasy and fiction and any resemblance to real persons is coincidental and unintended. 3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person; accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• Free offers and promotions (such as a complimentary video for new followers) are limited to one per person. Creating multiple accounts to claim them more than once is prohibited. To enforce this we may use device and network (IP address) signals, and we may deny or revoke any claim we reasonably believe is abusive.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions, purchases, store credit & payments

The Site offers subscription access (in one or more term lengths) and individual (à-la-carte) purchases. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, cryptocurrency processors); we do not store your full payment details. Subscriptions provide access for the stated term and do not automatically renew — we do not store a recurring payment method, and access ends when the term expires unless you buy again. Because all content is digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.

Store credit. The Site may offer store credit — a prepaid balance, denominated in U.S. dollars and held in your account, that you can load (for example by crypto payment or a gift card) or that we may grant you. Store credit may be redeemed only for subscriptions and content on the Site. It is not money and carries no cash value, is non-refundable, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash. It does not expire while your account is in good standing. If your account is deleted, all of your other data is erased, but any remaining store-credit balance is preserved (linked to your email address) and automatically restored if you sign up again with the same email — except credit obtained through fraud or abuse, which we may withhold.

5. License & acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view content you are entitled to access, for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You agree that you will not:

• download (except where a download is expressly provided), copy, reproduce, screen-record, distribute, publicly display, resell, or share any content;
• remove, obscure, or alter any watermark, notice, or access control, or attempt to circumvent any technical protection;
• share your account or access links, or provide access to anyone who has not paid;
• scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access or collect content;
• harass, threaten, defame, or abuse us or others, or send unlawful, infringing, non-consensual, or unsolicited commercial content through the Site’s messaging;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Unauthorized distribution of content is a breach of these Terms and may infringe our intellectual property rights.

Messaging. The Site lets you send us direct messages, and we may send you messages (including announcements to groups of members). Messaging is not a guaranteed or continuously monitored support channel; we may read, respond to, decline to respond to, or restrict it, and may remove content or disable messaging for abuse. Do not send sensitive information (such as payment card numbers) through messages. By using the Site you consent to receive service and occasional promotional messages from us on the Site.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to edgecased and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except the limited license above.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination your license ends and you must stop using the Site.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, edgecased will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold edgecased harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Effective” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
